What’s up, you guys, Nikki here, and today, I’m going to be taking you on my full day of eating. So today is actually a refeed day for me. What that’s gonna look like is 2,800 calories are going to be eaten, and I’m gonna share every single meal with you guys. And make sure to stay until the end of this video, because that’s when the big meal is going down. While I’m making breakfast, I will put my greens together and my reds, shake them up and down them before I have my first meal. These are the reds and the greens I’m currently using. They are amazing, they’re super helpful with digestion, energy, lowering inflammation, and I highly recommend them. All right, you guys, so here is meal number one, breakfast. I’ve got everything bagel, 130 grams of egg whites, one full egg, gonna dabble some catch-up on top. This entire meal consists of 63 grams of carbohydrates, 3.5 grams of fats and 23 grams of protein. Let’s chow down. Oh, the egg yolk just crashed. All right, you guys, here we are, meal number two. This is going to be my pre-workout meal. This meal consists of chocolate peanut butter cheerios, a cup and a half, I’ve got a half scoop of protein powder, and I mix in that protein powder with almond milk and just a little bit of water. All right, you guys, just got done crushing a back and biceps workout. Felt freaking phenomenal. Now I am smashing my post-workout shake. This is technically considered meal number three, one scoop of protein, one scoop of carbohydrates to get immediately to my muscles and start the recovery process. All right you guys, here we are. Cooking up some ground turkey. I just got back from the gym and I decided that I’m gonna go see my little brother’s football game. So this means I need to prepare the meal that I’m going to bring with me. Plan ahead. Prepare yourself. That’s how you stay on track and have success. So cooking up my ground turkey right now, I’m gonna put my meal together and bring it on with me. At my brother’s football game. Meal number four. Daddyos right there. We got tortilla, ground turkey, some rice, hot sauce, popcorn in by bag.

All right, you guys, the last meal of my day. The order has been placed. I have to go pick it up. It’s literally one of the staples that I always, always go for. It is the brewski burger from Iron Hill Brewery, with a side of sweet potato fries because their sweet potato fries are homemade, and oh my God, they are amazing. So order has been placed, gotta go pick it up. I cannot wait to chow down. My mouth is just drooling just thinking about this burger and these sweet potato fries. And then dessert is up after that. The target has been acquired. Yes. And these sweet potato fries, guys, just look at these. They make then in-house. Oh, so good. Come to mama. Yes, I am here at MaggieMoo’s about to go get my dessert. I am so freaking excited. If you guys don’t know what MaggieMoo’s is, it’s an ice cream parlor. And what I get here all the time is a cotton candy ski jump, which is cotton candy ice cream with M&M’s and marshmallows. All right, you guys, that’s a wrap. I feel so freaking good, so freaking satisfied. Food is fuel and it just makes me feel amazing. I freaking love to eat.
