What’s up, you guys? Goodmorning. Currently 5:30 on a Thursday. It’s February 3rd. And today is the day that I’m traveling to Florida to go hang out with the women that I have coached for like, two to three years. And this is so exciting because we’re all gonna be able to meet in person, re-see each other, ’cause some of us have met, but it’s just gonna be a really cool experience. So I’m gonna take you guys along for the ride. So, stay tuned. To start my morning off, in the Warrior Babe VIP, we are currently running an 80-day strong new year, stronger me challenge. Requirements to earn stars at the end of the day or a green check mark is to read 10 pages and to do morning gratitude, or just gratitude at some point in your day and write ’em down. So I’m gonna do that now and start my morning that way. Heading to the airport with my fantastic driver.
– Best looking Uber driver.
– And of course, Starbucks in hand. Sarah Keith’s in the house.
– What up?
– Let’s go.
– Let’s go.
– Woo! Making it through security so quick.
– That was not like past travel experiences.
– No. So you know-
– Oh my God, there it is,
– the mothership.
– The mothership. We’re walking up to get more Starbucks. Let’s go. All right guys, so we wanted to show you some tips to packing more protein, because when you travel, like everything that you’re probably going to consume when it comes to food is mainly carbs and fats. So we’re gonna show you some things that we packed, so that you guys can take those tips when you go to travel.
– I eat like, an obscene amount of these a day. This is my protein. This is vegan protein. First Form. I have a scooper and I measure this out. This’ll get me through our whole trip.
– And one thing that you wanna make sure you do when you do go through TSA, so they don’t think that you’re carrying and smuggling drugs on is write protein on the label.
– And then these are my greens. You brought your greens with you?
– Yep. So First Form, which is awesome guys, carries- and all the links will be in the description below the things that we packed and use. Alright you guys know I take opti-greens and opti-reds, which- These help with digestion, they help with increasing your energy, they help with decreasing your bloat. And these help with like more immune health, heart health, all that kind of stuff. So I take these daily, but they have to go travel packs, which is bomb. I also pack some protein bars.

– Here we go, here we go. And let’s go!
– We’re writing up tomorrow’s workout. They don’t know what they’re in for. We’ve made it to ground. So, this is one stop to our final destination, so we have one more to go. Let’s go. Take-off round two.
– These aren’t nuts.
– You’re eating corn!
– Yo, that’s why it’s one gram of fat. No protein. The whole vlog is gonna be about me eating corn nuts. They’re delicious.
– Lies.
– I’m hungry.
– What’s going on, Nicky?
– Yo, Sarah Keith just challenged me to do lunges all the way down. So we’re accepting the challenge.
– Yeah?
– And we’re making it happen.
– No, she not out of breath.
– Alright now what?
– Are you out of breath?
– Yeah.
– You have to hurdle over the shuttle.
– Over the van?
– Yeah. Or you have to deadlift-

– You have to deadlift the bench.
– Let me just whip out my cape.
– How about you do some decline pushups? Get it, Nicki.
– Oh my God.
– I’m out, now I’m impressed.
– How many?
– Just keep doing it ’til Michelle gets here.
– That’s 25 minutes. We have officially made it. We have another hour and a half until we have to get to our final destination, which is Panama City. So now we’re just hanging out, waiting, having a good old time, working out, doing some exercises, you know, keeping it real.
– Why is there a trailer right there?
– Hello? Hello!
– Hi!
– Oh my God.
– Yay!

– You’re organized.
– Do we have a coffee maker here?
– Woohoo! Look, we got egg whites. What?

– Some gumbo! Lot’s of veggies. Some chicken, sausage.
– Is this like, a famous recipe of yours?
– Nope. It is from a recipe book.
