TRANSCRIPT

What’s up everybody? Nikkiey here with WarriorBabe. And today, I’m going to share with you some macro myths. There’s so much information about macros all over the internet. What is true? What is not? That is what I’m gonna share with you today. So smash the like button right now, and let’s dive into it. Number one, you follow the same macros all the time. Wrong. Macros have to be adapted to, and change to continue making progress. This is so important to understand. If you keep the same macro numbers for a long duration, your body will just get used to them and your results will become stagnant. Number two, macros means you have a custom tailored plan. This is true. Bada bing bada boom, truth! But you need to make sure they are custom tailored to your unique body type. Everybody is completely different. Nobody is the same. Plus your body stats. Somebody who’s 50 plus years old cannot be following what somebody 30 plus years old is doing. And your personal goals, toning and shaping requires different strategies and a different game plan than somebody who wants to maintain weight, and put on some muscle. Number three, you have to track them forever. Wrong. Once you understand the fundamentals and track for a while, you’ll have a grasp on what you’re eating, how much you’re eating, and how to go about life staying on track. I mean, imagine constantly tracking macros for the rest of your life. That just wouldn’t work, and you don’t have to do that. But you do need to learn the habits with macros first. Learning macros is a healthy, lifelong skill that will serve you for the rest of your life. If you want to dive into more macro information like this, I put together a free 15-minute training full of golden nuggets, deeper diving into macro information and even workouts.
