Hey there, my name is Heather, and I’m from Upstate, New York. I’m 49 years old, and I live a mile in the woods, off the grid with my husband of 26 years, and our two beagles. We have two grown daughters as well as two grandchildren. My grandson is, well, I have two grandsons. One is five and the other is five months old. And I joined Warrior Babe, the VIP program, back in February and it’s been life changing. You know, I’ve kind of done it all. I’ve done keto and low carb and weight watchers, and pills, powder shakes. Like I’ve tried it all. And I just never really got the types of results that I was looking for, whether it be weight loss or more muscle definition. I’ve been working out, I’m doing CrossFit for the last six years. I absolutely love it, but I just wasn’t getting the results despite my efforts in the gym five days a week. And then I ran into, I guess it was an ad. Nikki was talking about macros, and it was just really like a light bulb went off. And I realized that I just have not been fueling my body properly for the workouts that I was doing. And I didn’t really know a lot about macros. I’d heard about them. I knew other people who tracked them, and of course I was tracking them, but I was tracking them to low carb for a long time. And I decided to give it a try. I jumped right into VIP because I knew that I needed that support. I needed the accountability and I needed, honestly, I needed to spend the money. I needed to like, invest in myself enough that I knew that I would show up and do the work. So VIP has been fantastic. I’ve had a lot of great results. My body fat has dropped 5% since I started. I’ve gained two pounds of muscle and I’ve lost 11 pounds total, as of now. It’s gone up and down a little bit, but right now I’m at 11 pounds. And I feel better than I have in a really long time, first time in my life that I have abs. They’re not maybe as six pack yet, but they’re there, I can see them, which is really cool, and I also love my arms. That’s probably, the first thing that I started to really get some definition around was my arms. And now I’m doing a build, so I’m focusing more on my lower body and trying to build the quads and glutes, and it’s really quite a lot of fun. So, I’m able to do my Warrior Babe workouts along with a couple of days, two, three days of CrossFit every week, which is still a lot of fun for me to be able to be a part of but definitely the Warrior Babe workouts, along with tracking macros per my coach’s suggestion has made all the difference. I’m eating more than ever. I never feel deprived and I’m getting results. So, you know, I wasn’t sure if I could afford VIP when I first started, but I knew that I was worth it. And as I mentioned, I needed to kind of like, pay the price. I felt like I really needed to just, if I invested in myself financially, I would show up, I would do the work, and that’s exactly what has happened. I’ve remained consistent. I’ve done all of my workouts and, you know, aside from a few snaccidents now and then, I’m really trying to maintain my macros and use all the tools that warrior babe VIP provides to me. So, I highly recommend VIP, if you’re on the fence, go for it. You know, I joined for six months knowing that I could, or I at least felt that I could commit to myself for six months and I’ve since enrolled for another six months because I absolutely love it. And again, the tools are there. If you’re willing to put in the work, show up for yourself and be consistent, you can get the results that you’re, you’ve always been dreaming of.
