Hi. My name is Danielle, I am 23 years old, and I am a teacher in Central Florida. I joined WarriorBabe about six months ago, and I have seen some awesome changes in my body. I come from a sports background, but no one ever taught me how to really eat right or how to work out to achieve my goals. And WarriorBabe really changed that for me. I never really tried the Weight Watchers or other keto and stuff like that, but I was counting calories. I was trying to stay below 1500 calories a day, which now just kinda sounds insane. And joining WarriorBabe helped me not only realize that that is insane but also help me learn what I should be eating. Brand new to macros, brand new to all that. And the videos that you start off with are super informative, and they really teach you a lot of stuff, between what to eat, how to eat, all that stuff, how much you should be eating. And also, with the workouts, too, the videos, they tell you what you should be doing. I wasn’t super new to working out, so that I can’t testify as a beginner for that, but I do feel like they’re pretty good, they’re pretty informative, and they’re almost foolproof. And then you join this community, and it’s this crazy amount of women who are on the same path you are, they all come from these different backgrounds with these different goals. And, you know, it’s just really different women on all stages of their life, empowering each other through the Facebook page, there’s weekly calls and it’s just crazy that you’re not alone. Everybody is going through the same thing you are. Everybody’s like, “I have no time to meal prep, but hey, here we are.” And it’s just super, super awesome. As far as my results have gone, I don’t necessarily measure myself, but I do keep track of, my weight and then also how much I can actually lift in different exercises and stuff. And pretty effortlessly, I dropped like 25 pounds in just about six months. So that’s, that’s pretty awesome. And then specifically with like bench pressing, and when I started in April, I was sort of scared, sort of not able to bench press more than like 65, 70 pounds, but now, a pretty common rep for me is like 125, so that’s kinda cool. I probably could have gotten heavier in the beginning, but I was nervous. You got to get over those gym fears, but, I don’t know this has just been such an awesome experience and it’s been super positive and everybody I’ve talked to within the WarriorBabe community was super awesome and super great. The one thing that I was a little nervous about before joining was actually gonna be the price. I was just kinda like, “Is this another monthly subscription? How’s this gonna work?” and “Is this real?” You see a lot of the before and after photos and you’re like, “Is this it? Is this real? Is this gonna happen for me?” And the answer is 110% yeah. It’s gonna happen if you listen to the videos and you listen to all the different things. I had all of my worries about everything basically disappear within that first phone call I had. Before I even signed up, I was like, “Oh, this is for me.” I don’t know about everybody else, but just talking to the one lady, it was just like, “Yeah, I can do that too. That’d be great.” And I feel like I’ve been pretty successful with it so far. I mean, I definitely see differences. I definitely see changes. It is a lifestyle change, but it really wasn’t that hard. It was just a little bit, just a little bit just the learning aspect, I think is a little challenging, but then once you learn what to do, you can do it. So that’s my testimonial for you.
